Duane and Leslie Ficker
Duane and Leslie Ficker first came to Guatemala in 1996. In 1999, they got into a school bus and a pick-up truck with their six kids to drive through Mexico to Guatemala. They founded AIM in 2001, and have lived in Guatemala ever since. Duane is one of AIM's pilots and the general contractor for AIM's different construction projects, while Leslie is a nurse and helps to direct the Medicine division of AIM. Both Duane and Leslie also work within the house of prayer as prayer leaders and are the spiritual mentors of AIM as a whole. They live on the mission base with two of their daughters: Grace and Abi.

Don and Lori Allison
Don and Lori Allison came to Guatemala in 2003 on a short-term team. They first began working directly with AIM in 2008, and continued to return every year until joining staff in 2015. Don is a physician's assistant and primarily works in the Medicine division of AIM. Lori is the ministry's accountant, helps with visitors, and is the AIM Internship program director. They live on the mission base in Guatemala with three of their children: Bethany, Hannah, and Samuel, each of whom works within the ministry in numerous roles, including musicians and worship leaders in the prayer room.

Luis and Naomi Aquino
A Guatemalan doctor and a British nurse, Luis and Naomi met when she came to Guatemala to do medical mission work. They married in Spain during Luis's residency, and joined AIM staff in 2015. Luis works with the Medicine division, providing context to cultural differences and medical support as a long-term provider on staff while Naomi focuses on raising their three boys, Joshua, Issac, and Noah. Naomi and Luis also lead AIM's Spanish worship night as an outreach to the community.

Aaron and katie Ficker
Aaron and Katie met in Guatemala when Katie came to help in clinics as a nurse. They were married in 2007 and began working together as staff with AIM. Aaron is Duane and Leslie's oldest child and directs the Agriculture division of AIM. He also is AIM's airplane mechanic and inspector. Katie works part-time in the clinics and nursing education program and is a primary worship leader with AIM's house of prayer. They have four children: Anna, Ethan, Levi, and Genesis.

Ryan and katie Ficker
Ryan first came to Guatemala with his family in 1996 on a short-term team and moved with his family in 1999. After Ryan moved back to the US to go to school, Ryan and Katie met in college and were married in 2006. They moved down to Guatemala to join full-time staff in 2014. Ryan is Duane and Leslie's second oldest child and works on AIM's different construction projects including AIM's medical facility, as a part of Agriculture and as a prayer leader in AIM's prayer room. Katie helps with AIM's IT needs and hospital kitchen administration, as well as singing during AIM worship sets. Ryan and Katie have three children: Jacob, Joshua, and Audrey. Visit their blog here!

Joseph and Jessica Ficker
Joseph and Jessica met while they were both participating in an internship with the International House of Prayer in Kansas City. They were married in April 2014 and came on staff with AIM in May 2014. Joseph is the youngest son of Duane and Leslie and is one of the ministry's pilots. Jessica is from Switzerland and is one of the main worship leaders in AIM's house of prayer while also aiding with AIM's bookkeeping and finances where needed. They have one daughter, Liesel.

David came down with his family on a short-term team in 1996 and moved to Guatemala in 1999. He is AIM's primary mechanic, works on construction projects, and helps with Agriculture, as well as contributing to the prayer room as a prayer leader.
