Our greatest resource has always been our ministry family. From the beginning, AIM has always sought to emphasize the family element of the ministry. Even as AIM grows and develops, this vision remains the same. Our desire is for our long-term staff to feel like a unified family first before ever starting the "doing" part of the ministry. Whether single or married, in whatever stage of life, AIM's priority is developing its staff as the unified Body of Christ.

In addition to medical professionals, AIM has need for long-term staff in other parts of the ministry. These areas include:

English/Spanish Translation for visiting medical staff
